Data you provide to us

When you contact us by email, we collect your email address and the content of your message.

Data collected automatically on this website

When the site loads, standard technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) may be logged by our hosting provider for operation and security purposes. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may expose your IP address to Google.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (page views, language, device type). Google Analytics is only loaded after you accept in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. See the Cookies section.

Data collected in our apps and games

Depending on the app, we may process device identifiers, usage and performance data (diagnostics and crash reports) and, where you choose to, account data. The specific description of what each app collects is shown on the app's listing on the App Store / Google Play and, where applicable, within the app itself.

• Google Firebase Hosting and Google Fonts (Google LLC);
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), subject to your consent, for aggregate usage measurement;
• Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play (Google LLC), for app distribution.

07 Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed for support and record-keeping.

08 Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

09 Children's privacy

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If an app is also intended for children, we will follow the applicable requirements, including App Store and Google Play rules. If you believe we have collected a child's data without proper consent, please contact us so we can remove it.

Under the LGPD, you may request: confirmation that processing exists; access to your data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion; data portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent. 11 International transfers

Some of our providers may store and process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt appropriate safeguards in accordance with the LGPD.
